Warranty, returns & exchanges

  • WARRANTY

    We provide a 12 month warranty on all replica watches for mechanical failures. Please email us first for troubleshooting as you may be able to resolve the issue yourself. We will repair your product within the warranty period provided that

    1) The item has a manufacturing defect.
    2) The item does not work according to the specifications advertised.
    3) Shipping expenses are covered by the customer.

    The replacement must be the same model as the original purchase, If you wish to change to another model additional charges may apply.

    Warranty does not cover the following:

    1) Mishandled merchandise by Customer.
    2) Cracked glass (Not due to Shipping)
    3) Unreasonable wear and tear of any kind.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    If you are unsatisfied with your watch or it is defective we will return/exchange the item within 7 days of the products delivery date. You must contact us within 7 days if you wish to return/exchange the watch for any reason. 

    We will provide a refund/exchange under the following conditions :

    1) The item has a manufacturing defect.
    2) The item does not work according to the specifications advertised.
    3) The item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving return authorization

    No returns will be accepted without:

    1) An email stating the specific problem.
    2) An email confirming an address and instructions from our Returns Department.

    Restocking Fees :

    A 10% shipping/handling restocking fee is applied to all returns. No discounts apply to exchanged watches and a €25 shipping fee applies.

    Terms & Conditions for refunds/exchanges :

    Returns are only available within 7 days of product delivery date) You must contact us within those 7 days if you wish to return the watch for any reason.

  • CONDITIONS OF RETURN

    1) The watch must be in it´s original shrink wrapping.
    2) All links must be sent with the Watch, Removed links will be charged €10 per Link.
    3) The watch has no scratches or marks on the sapphire crystals or glass.
